Oh my gosh, I lost track of your blog and just spent the last hour catching up on all your posts! Glad your daughter is doing well. Your nephew is so big! The missing pan in the cupboard your Wrangler was searching for had me laughing. It's a male thing. My theory, is if it isn't moving, they can't see it, hence the standing infront of refrigerators, cupboards, etc. Think it goes back to the hunter vs gatherer thing.

These photos are deceptive - it looks so much warmer than just below freezing. The dogs make it look like they're having a balmy time in the sun. Hard to imagine that by tomorrow, the whole lawn could again be covered in snow.

Such pretty dogs. Maybe they work in shifts?

Yes. I have 2 yellow labs. They are super good watch dogs at night. They bark at cows and birds and who even knows what else. They just hold down the porch during the day. Maybe they just bark while we're home (trying to sleep)so we think they are staying busy and doing a good job so we don't "fire" them!!
