
Divine Artichoke Dip
Years ago, when I lived in the city, my favorite restaurant served the BEST artichoke dip I have ever eaten. As time went by, I met a guy…who knew a guy…who knew the chef. Anyhoo, I was able to snag the original recipe. Everyone loves it and it’s perfect for any celebration.
Recipe:
1- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 Tablespoons Hormel Bacon Bits, or 4 slices crisp bacon crumbled.
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Microwave until bubbly, serve in a bread bowl. You can also do this in the oven, 350 degrees until heated through, about 25 minutes, and then turn on broiler until lightly browned on top.
